If something is off

Most things are answered below. For everything else, send us a message or write to [email protected] — a person reads it, usually the same day.

Signing in

• We send a six-digit code to your e-mail; it works for ten minutes. No password to remember.
• No code? Check the spam folder for [email protected]. You can ask for a new one after a minute.
• One account works on kismetpaws.com and on the story, tales and stickers sites.

The photo

• One pet in the picture, face visible, daylight, not blurred. Whole body is best.
• We tell you before anything is made if a photo will not work, and you can change it from My pets.
• Your photo is stored without its location data and is used only for your own pet's pictures.

Buying

• $34.99 for one pet covers all three products. A second pet is $16.99.
• A code from a friend or a creator goes in the box next to the buy button. Codes are for the first pet only and do not stack.
• Payment is handled by Whop. After paying you see what happens next: draw the tale’s card, choose the story’s day, and the stickers draw themselves. Each is usually ready within an hour or two, and we e-mail you when it is.

Refunds

Within 14 days, send us a message (pick “Refund”) or write to [email protected] with the e-mail you bought with. Full refund, no questions. After a refund, online viewing closes in all three products; anything you downloaded is yours to keep. See the terms.

Removing your data

Remove a pet from My pets and its photo is deleted at once. To delete your whole account, write to us.
