Before you begin

What kind of photo works best?

One pet, the whole body or at least the face, daylight, not blurred. If a photo will not work we tell you before anything is made, and you can change it.

Is this for cats and dogs only?

For now, yes.

Can I make it for a pet that has passed away?

Yes. The story book has a remembrance version: tick the box when you set up the story and it is written with that in mind.

How long are my pet's pictures kept?

Two years after your last visit, then they are deleted. We e-mail you a month before, and one visit keeps them.

Where is my data?

On servers in the European Union. Your photo is stored without its location data and is used for nothing but your own pet's pictures. See the privacy page.
